Lora runs Cunliffe Hog Roasts and catering with partner Brian. Both with farming backgrounds, Brian’s family farms chickens and Lora’s family owns a local pig farm where they farm outdoor reared pigs supplied to local butchers and to us here at Cunliffe catering.
How do we know our pork is the best in the business? Every pig is sourced directly from our own family pig farm in the Ribble Valley. No middle man or distributor.
